I am running windows 10 Home, Version 1709, Build 16299.309. I believe the information in the files is still in tact, just Bochs seems to have done something very strange with the file attributes or something preventing them from being opened. I thought that it was a problem relating with the size, but I have found that Bochs has done something strange with the images, so they dont show in file explorer, but can be seen in the open dialogue, and since they aren't there in a normal sence they can not be open. I had also created a larger disk image at first, and this also rapidly got a problem, after only installing dos 6.0 on it. I have configured Bochs, and created a 1227MB disk image, which I have installed windows 95 on, then while using it Bochs crashed, since this happened I can not open the disk image. If you don't have access to the FTP servers then ask someone who has (a moderator for example). Check that we don't already have the file on our FTP servers.
